Emotional Mote

You don’t know where I’ve been,
So don’t tell me that I’ve sinned
You know I have always been faithful to you
but you cant say your love was true

called you up to relate my day
crush me in a letter,
leave me on the phone
you don’t care as long as I am alone
I still haven’t received your breakup note
until then I’m building an emotional mote
crawl deep into my bubble of bliss
until a certain princess gives this frog a kiss
we’ll live together in a castle in the sky
our love will soar, our spirits will fly
But I’ll keep my mote intact,
just incase disappointment mounts another attack
