Simply put, I love good food.
I was fortunate enough to be raised by an amazing mom who regards healthy eating next to being Godly; she has always tended to amazing gardens which yeild fresh organic fruits and vegetables. Each year I try to visit her a few weeks (preferably during harvest season) and find that it is quite easy to cook delicious vegetarian and even vegan meals if you have an arsenal of fresh produce to pull from.
My personal cooking style flirts with but cannot fully commit to vegetarian cuisine. I have a few great vegan recipes but I love dairy products, my milk, cheese, sour cream and margarine. I also enjoy the memories created during a BBQ and much thanks to my military tenure I have become quite the grill master.
